Just to say thanks Donald. Wish I had some profound insight or commentary to add but truth be told, I simply enjoyed your top 7 very much. A suitable tonic to all the flotsam and jetsam that surrounds the world of HR&OD. Personally I'd add Intelligent Design but we'd be straying into different territory.....

No wonder L&D, let alone HR in general, does not get invited to the big decision-making table in business. We're more like fortune tellers than strategic business partners.
